Our Chela project was a complete transformation that reimagined this home from top to bottom. From the master bath retreat to the main living areas and even upstairs/downstairs details, every space was thoughtfully redesigned with comfort, functionality, and timeless style in mind.
Master Bath – A Modern Retreat
The master bathroom was completely reimagined to create a spa-like experience:
Custom layout designed for better flow and efficiency
Freestanding soaking tub replacing the outdated jacuzzi, offering a clean and elegant centerpiece
Relocated vanity, rebuilt into a sleek double-sink design for more storage and convenience
Spacious walk-in shower with modern finishes, fixtures, and glass enclosure
Upgraded lighting and dedicated electrical lines, adding both ambience and functionality to the space
The result is a bathroom that blends luxury with practicality—perfect for daily routines and relaxation alike.

Main Floor, Family Room & Kitchen – Open Concept Living
To bring this home’s main floor up to today’s standards, we opened and redefined the layout:
Removed a non-load-bearing wall and bar area to create seamless flow between living spaces
Relocated plumbing and HVAC to support the new design
Brand-new electrical plan installed to support an open-concept layout with modern lighting and outlets
All-new finishes, including flooring, baseboards, trim, doors, and fresh paint
This main level is now brighter, more functional, and better suited for entertaining and family living.

Modern cable guard rails installed on both levels for a contemporary and safe finish
